Can’t say enough good things about Mark and his team. Great response time, quick and accurate estimate, and a huge help through the entire process. We hired Mark to turn two bedrooms and a sitting room into our master suite with a full bathroom en suite, along with a walk through closet.

Mark gave us exactly what we wanted and then some at a fair price. Adding a full bath where there wasnt plumbing was no simple task but Mark understood what we wanted and executed a plan to get it done, and get it done by the time we were ready to move in! He helped us with permits, laying out the spaces, and with his suggestion of going just a little smaller on our shower (which still wound up being huge) we were able to get the upstairs laundry that we had wanted. He was incredibly helpful at every step of the way and was able to explain things in ways we were able to understand. Great communication, great response time, and really does great work.

Really lucky to have found Mark and definitely plan on using him again in the future to do other projects in our new home.

Mark and his team did a full demo and remodel of our upstairs master bath. Mark gave a fast, straight forward, and fair quote. Firstly, We can't recommend Mark highly enough for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs you may be doing. We recently used Mark to gut and remodel our kitchen. We were absolutely delighted with both the process and end results. We are so very pleased with how much more functional our Kitchen is now and how beautiful it looks.
We were thrilled that kitchen remodel stayed on schedule and how punctual Mark was. He was great at keeping us up to speed with the process and giving us any information and guidance we required. We were also really impressed how immaculate Mark kept the "work space". Once work was completed for the day, Mark did an amazing job of cleaning up. He always made sure to limit dust spreading throughout the house, which was greatly appreciated.
Remodeling, or any kind of renovation, can be very stressful- but having Mark as our contractor really helped alleviate the majority of our concerns and we will definitely be calling him for any future renovation needs we may have! Mark was a pleasure to work with on my bathroom remodel from the time he came out for the estimate to the moment he applied the finishing touches. He not only listened to our vision, but he provided insights and ideas from his years of experience. He was prompt and professional and his work was impeccable, even building custom inserts to replace store bought items. The best compliment that I could pay Mark is that he treated our house and project like he would his own. My wife and I have been scrambling to find more projects for him to complete at our house since he finished the bathroom.

My project dragged on for 4 months..I mean just finding the right contractor took some time. I found Mark through BuildZoom and he arrived on time for the estimate and presented me with various ideas and even ideas that involved saving me money. I liked Marks ideas, simplicity, honesty and willingness to be flexible. Mark came out again on my request to finalize the plans and his estimate was reasonable and detailed. We have been using Mark Lesser for nearly 20 years, and at one point or another he has worked on every part of our house, including the conversion of our basement to a living space and the remodeling of our kitchen. Mark, quite simply, is terrific. He does a great job, charges a fair price, cleans up the work area every day when he leaves, and is a very good-natured fellow who is pleasant to have around. I have used Mark Lesser many times over the past few years. Besides small fix it jobs, Mark has completely remodeled my basement and my kitchen. He is prompt and clean and he did a great job.
