Tried to get me to commit insurance fraud by putting in a false claim "I do it all the time", when I declined was asked if I would be paying in cash to get a "No taxes reported discount", once again I declined and allowed work to start. Horrible service and constantly changing the budget from the bid. Fired after a week into the "Month long" project. Still sent a bill for $800 more than original estimate even with only a week of 'work' done stating that he set time off from other projects so I have to pay the total cost. Hired someone else and they FINISHED the entire basement in a week. Couldn't understand why Mark said it would take month other than to get more $$$. Stay away from this fraud!!!

If it was possible to give less I would. I had my roof replaced April 2014 and still it has not passed final inspection. Mark Lopez has said many times he would take care of everything, but as of Sept 2014 still nothing. Never use this company for any type of work.

2021 and every contractor is really busy- covid had that effect on the industry. Mark was booked but was able to get me in. I asked him to build me a panty in my small kitchen. Mark and his crew were professional and did a phenomenal job. Mark worked with our hectic schedule and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of our beautiful pantry.
