    I own a condo in Grand Junction and live in Wisconsin. Being an out of town landlord when furnace or a/c issues arise leaves you at the mercy of the HVAC company. I have had Mark fix a couple of issues. He is very timely, knowledgeable and cost conscious. I have the utmost trust that he will fix the issue, fix it correctly and fix it for the best price. I would highly recommend Mark Mechanical!!!
