Thank you to this excellent crew for getting my bathroom done so efficiently. It’s absolutely beautiful and something I’ve always wanted to do to enhance my house but always shied from the cost. I went with materials on the cheaper end and you can’t tell. The craftsmanship is all beautiful and I have a brand new bathroom and amazing shower!!

Just wrapped up my basement and I’m very pleased with the quality of work. The space is completely transformed. Mark helped me with my vision and gave lots of ideas that I otherwise wouldn’t of thought of to both save money and create a unique space

Working with Mr. Milon and associates was a disappointment for which l substantially overpaid. Work is done by subcontractors whose quality is generally poor, and who are not consistently supervised. Also no relationships are built with subcontractors who engage continuously from one job to the next (discontinuity problematic). He and his team completely renovated a condo bathroom, and two months after work was completed with new Duravit toilet and other fixtures installed, the toilet overflowed - onto the wooden floors that were sloppily refinished by the same team. Once l got a good plumber in, he pronounced that the toilet had never been installed correctly. l also discovered after they left that one wall in the bathroom was never even painted with semi-gloss paint that l'd selected. You (over) pay an hourly rate for subcontractors whose work does not meet consistent standards and who tend to lounge around on the job, acting irritated when client asks questions. He stayed on deadline (note absence too of a written contract), as he consistently asked for $. ln the end l felt ripped off and was left with many problems which l then l to pay to correct. l would not recommend him and his team to anyone.
