Mark does great work, he is very slow but does thing right.
The problem is he took something that did not belong to him and lied about it.
I did not argue with him, I saw what he took but did not tell him I saw them in his truck so telling me he didn't use them I knew was a lie. Telling me he did not use my hay hooks to move my hay for me when I saw him and asked him not to forget to put them away.
I did not think he would take anything on purpose, but the fact is when I confronted him he lied about it. I have given him time thinking he would feel bad and return my hay hooks. That may seem small to others but they were very sentimental to me and can not be replaced. So I am warning you.
