    Mark was recommended by a friend and we had a great experience with him. He was very clear about what was included in his price, provided a payment schedule based on when specific work was completed (10 payments over a 4 month job). He only worked on our project in that timeframe. AND it came in on time and budget. Any additions from us were written up and estimates provided. Overall, my best experience with a builder.

Mark took the time out of his busy schedule back in September and represented us at the variance hearing and won the battle. He has walked us through every step of the way.
