  I will be reviewing with the Better Business Bureau.I feel compelled to let people know to keep looking for another person to handle the job. I live in a modest home on the Northside near Riverview Park, it's a red brick house with a detached two car garage with white trim. I did my homework, Mark painted a friend’s house in my neighborhood and I watched the progress and noted specifically prep (including priming) and no paint splatters. I checked out the house and it was prepped and painted without splatters and drips all over their bricks. My trim was in very bad need of prep/painting and Mark and his crew did an excellent job of prepping before they painted--with the exception of a few places where they painted over bare wood.
  When it came to painting they dropped the ball. They splattered white paint on the red brick and concrete in various places on my house and garage. When I pointed this out to Mark he acted as if he couldn’t “see” it. I even went as far to buy a very expensive paint remover but he refused to use it. To make matters worse, they rubbed the white paint with solvent and smudged it into the brick. On other drips they took a shade of paint that didn't match the brick and painted over where they splattered. The paint they used was cheap and comes off when you clean it with a very mild cleanser. They didn’t even try to remove many of the drips and smudges and to this day, they remain and it looks cheap - even though it wasn’t! In addition they painted my (2) garage windows shut when I specifically asked them not to do so.
  I would not recommend this painter to anyone, unless you only hire them to prep. If, for whatever reason, you decide to hire this crew be sure to have a contract with everything in writing. I “can’t afford to do cheap” and it’s a sad commentary that no one takes pride for job well done anymore!

  This firm Painted our home in pittsburgh this summer and did a horrible job. They went through my belongings and drank my beer well on my job. I would not recommend this company.
