Definitely not someone you want to do business with. Mark did a total bathroom remodel in June, 2021 for $15,000. Gloating how he is an expert in tile work. Sloppy, rushed and left grout on every single glass circle of tile on the feature strip in my shower. Told me that it would just wash off. I've tried for months and it won't come off. 5 months later my tub is separating from the wall. I was just told ... this happens ... the wall might shrink over time just caulk it. When I expressed how disappointed I was he pretty much told me how dare I be sharp with him and we could no longer do business with me.
Not only did Mark rush the last week of the job so he could get up to New York to finish his vacation home but I had to listen to his insane arrogance as to what a great contractor he is for the better part of 2 1/2 weeks.
I would not recommend Mark Smith do build a bird house.
