Terrible! Totally took advantage of us after our house was damaged in the flood. He charged us for work that he did not do, and the work he did was not completed correctly (and he grossly over charged for it). We had steps that were not nailed down resulting in them flying up as we walked down them. He also failed to appropriately block the sewage when he removed the toiled resulting in sewage flooding the bottom floor of our house, and when he replaced the toilet that was done incorrectly. We had to call a different plumber so the bathroom would be usable.
