I have always used Buehner for my heating and ac work, except one time. I had a home warranty and had to use the company that they sent. Yes that company fixed the problem but it lasted only a year. So they really didn't fix it, they just patched it. I called Buehner, he came out, checked the system over and told me how much it would be to fix it. I questioned him about a whole new system, he educated me on the different types and the cost but never pressured me in any way to go that route. I decide on a new system, he took out the old, put in the new and everyone that worked for him was very nice and everything was done neatly and no mess was left behind. Since then, I have moved and Buehner has replaced the furnace and ac in this house too, it still had original equipment and the house was built in 1959. I received the same excellent customer service as the last time. You might be able to find someone cheaper but you get what you pay for and Cheaper is not always better. I will never use anyone buy KEN J. BUEHNER HEATING AND AC to service my system!!
