WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR. hired markley property services. the owner comes in all talk. then sends crew for work which was beyond terrible. owner himself comes back to fix all the mistakes, does a half a&* job and its still a mess. didn't even finish and never returned. gets very angry when you point out all the mistakes and tries to blame the home owner. beware!!!! go another route. do NOT hire this disaster waiting to happen.

It always amazing me when I read reviews of any kind products, services etc. Some give 1 star some give 5 for the same company. I'm giving Wayne and his group a solid 5. Did everything we agreed plus more. It was dome 1/2 day earlier and I had nothing at all to clean up when they left. 6 rooms including a lot of patching-perfect. What else can I say!?
