    Complete build out of a new hotel
    $300,000

    James and his crew stepped in to complete a 106 room hotel that because of complications had run way over on time and budget, thanks to MARLAR CONSTRUCTION INC. the hotel finally opened in May of 2017 James and his crew still responds anytime a problem occurs, they are very professional when interacting with staff and when circumstances require interaction with guests they always show the hotel to be of the highest quality and to ensure the guest that everything possible had been done to make their stay memorable and wanting to return and stay again when in this area
