    Marlene was recommended to my wife and I by a respected Architect, Sigmund Brudevold. He assured us that she could take our design and develop drawing for construction. Marlene was very helpful, meeting with us on site. additionally she was very knowledgeable of building requirements for Pierce County. We initially had designs for a future Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) and submitted plans, which were approved. during construction we decided to submit for ADU approval, Marlene developed a set of plans depicting the changes, these were approved and we constructed the garage, workshop with the ADU above. We utilized a mix of stick framing and SIP. The design and help from Marlene's skills provided and excellent finished project. Mr. Brudevold was correct, she did an excellent job of interpreting our design into plans.
