    Absolutely the WORST contractors EVER! they are thieves all of the family, Lorenzo, Marlene and their sons. They stole from us while claiming they were remodeling our home. They left it in a worst state after their attempt to do construction work. We were forced to place No Trespass signs on our home. They are being evicted from their business address, they personal home is currently being foreclosed on for non payment if their mortgage. They took over $57 thousand dollars from us as a down payment for their home they are selling in Timbers West, they have outstanding permits on that home for sale which have never been cleared with the city. They refused to return our deposit even after being contacted by our attorney. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING, they are scammers . Their work is completely shoddy and below par, they have absolutely no idea what the word "remodel" means. please please stay away from anything they have touched...

    On 7/24/2023 I paid Marlo Design and Construction $2600.00 by Bank wire transfer as a deposit for plans for a home I plan to build in Port St Lucie Florida.
    As of today I have no plans and only promises to return my deposit.

    I do not recommend this company! The owner is not a man of his word and tells one lie after another. Takes FOREVER completing a job and does not know how to communicate. My family is still paying money to other contractors we had to hire on our own to complete the companies sloppy work and work that was never finished. Don’t take my word for it, do the research yourself. I haven’t seen 1 positive review, upset at myself for not doing a thorough job at researching this company.

    I do not recommend this business. This business is very unprofessional. Does not complete job in a timely fashion. Unprofessional employees come to the home to complete work. Lorenzo Toney one of the owners is very unprofessional and does not know what jobs need to be completed when it’s clearly on the contract. Do not do business with them.

    Unprofessional, does not pay sub,takes for ever to complete projects, not a man of his word,( Lorenzo toney) talks a good game to get you to hire him, acts illiterate As soon as you hire him, sloppy work, he doesn’t have resources no one like him, he’s owes a large amount of people, I wish I would have did a thorough review before I hired this awful company. run the other way Brevard and surrounding areas bad business period...
