Work was poorly done across the board,flooring gaps,inability to cut a proper standard electrical socket x 20,mudding and taping gets an F, Concrete work cracked within minutes of him pouring it, porch posts placed in front of windows ,Patios put in where not finished and trex was not secured properly. I hired him because a friend recommended him. He is not competent at the skills I hired him for. All this and he was MONTHS late getting things done. In fact he skipped my job all together after that. He had promised to be done by Thanksgiving 2022, but when he got a BIG job in Florence he left 2 guys to finish my $55,000 Job. Then only 1 guy left. Things were not finished and the job was done poorly. The one guy that did a lot of it did ok but he was the only good guy. The ceiling mud and tape shows EVERYTHING. Im a 60 yr old widow and I have done better mudd and taping. He also promised to fix the trusses cut out of my roof by another idiot contractor but he didnt touch it. He lied lied lied about so many things. He left about $5,000 in work left undone and refused to come back or even admit his poor job because now he got a bigger job elsewhere...which should not be the excuse to abandon a job for an old widow. WAY TO GO ROD MARQUEZ...CHEAT THE WIDOWS AND RUN.
