Emergency electrical service repair pole on roof

Well, let me tell you what! I have to tell you that I have the pleasure of getting acquainted with this company because of bad weather, damaging winds and torrential rains one afternoon. Our neighbors tree blew down and ripped out the electrical wires from the pole that was connected to our roof. Didn't stop there, also snapped the 4×4 off thats been connected into my house off. Powe was still connected but now we have live power lines on my patio room roof, my yard, fence and in my neighbor's yard. Called peco took a total of 3 days to finally get it rigged up around my chimney but not safe or very secure ? I had to call my homeowners insurance company and they told me to get a few estimates from electricians. I prceeded with my stressed out weekend day and made a lot of calls to brain dead ppl/aliens, lol but anyway I had gotten a couple guys to come out to give me a price. The 1st guys price was so high it was ridiculous and couldn't wait until my insurance paid. The next election just took a look and said it would be even higher priced than the other elections quote and he could start right away and needed pay up front. I live day to day, I no I should keep $ in the bank for these things that creep up on us. My dad always used to teach me that. well my Dad just recently passed away and I'm not having such a good time getting over him, can't believe it just yet. It's like a new episode of the movie Ground hog day! I keep reliving that he is gone... but now back onto my story. So I call Married 2 Electric and guess who answers the phone? U don't know, I'll tell you cause he was our life savior "Rod". As soon as I started talking to him I knew that I was going with them. He was so professional and was up to date on how to use our technology and not to mention his great mannerisms. He was able to give me a quote, day and time he could have the work done, by only a pic of the damaged area on my roof. I also knew right away by his name Rod that my Dad felt he was the right choice. My fiance name is Rob but my Dad always called him Rod. So being very superstitious that I am, I really believe my Dad was with me that day too. I get a lot of signs around my house from my Dad. I have lost so many close to me but never got signs like these. But Let me tell you, Married 2 Electric not only did an amazing job, beautiful clean work, on time, took less time to do than Rod stad. Rod also was willing to work with my homeowners insurance company. He just only met me and he took a chance doing that for me. I am forever grateful to this Company. I'm telling you everyone, I was treated horrible by so many during this whole process, even peco... I cannot stress enough how much this company did for me and my family. A Big Big Thank You to all the guys who did the work at my house last. Married 2 Electric Shocks the House ???

Rod came to my house, to do some small jobs! He opened the main panel to hook up a line, only to find some major problem with the main panel! It was a serious situation, so after discussing it decided it should be changed! It was a big surprise to have to do this, but with his quote, and the fact he could do it right away, was a no brainer for us! He said about 3 hrs to do, wound up about 2 1/2, and very efficient! He was very professional, explained things to us, and we felt he was the man to do our work! He is the man to go to, and will be in the future, so thanks again Rod for a great job. Keep up the good work, and I will recommend you to all! Ken and Cindy
