If I could give a zero ratings I would. Please find another company. I have had an insurance claim and I decided to use Mars Services. I am still waiting almost a year to complete the work on my house. Allstate reported that they were hard to reach, left voicemails, and emails with no response. I have worked with several representatives from Mars Services and they were all fired or quit for whatever reason. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied.
