In 2015, we bought a house that was flipped by Marscheider Properties and it has been nothing but trouble. After we closed, we found out that some major work on our contingency list was not met. Luckily they came back and addressed them all. But over the course of the year, we have been finding exposed wiring in the attic and crawlspace as well as holes in the wall hidden by cabinets, the oven range, ceiling light fixtures, and even an open junction box in the my son's room closet. The biggest hole we discovered was hidden behind our kitchen cabinet it was 4 ft long and 1 ft wide. They left rotted wood joists in our crawlspace untreated. They clearly do not care for the quality of their work nor do they care for the people who are about to live in these homes. It's an atrocity.
