    To work, they failed
    $9,000,000

    Not an organized contractor. The superintendents and managers have limited abilities to read, understand and interpret specification and blue prints. The owners have more ways to excuse and blame their
    way out of problems than actually defining and completing projects.
    The only way to send a review was to give a one star rating. In my opinion I would run like heck away from this contractor.
