Horrable service...I contacted Troy Marsh on or about the 16 of October. My boiler DHW sensor went cafluie! It is now the 2nd of November and I'm still taking bucket baths because I still have no hot water in my house. He has never contacted me one time. I on the other hand have called him twice during this time only to be told both times that he was waiting for the factory to find one. Well now, my wife went on line and found the part, ordered it for $60.00 and Deetz Machanical will be here to install the part on Friday! Thank you Deetz for your immediate response to our delelama. Troy....your service is less than a one star. Would never refer your company to anyone. Sorry about your luck Mr .Marsh, problem solved and fixed...
