I got Marshall Roberts number from a friend of mine that had a new unit replaced so I thought he would be okay to use for a small repair but he ended costing us more in the long run. We were having problems with the heat unit staying on long enough to heat up the house. It would ignite and then immediately after blow the 3amp fuse on the circuit board. I checked out several things myself and went through a whole box of 3amp fuses so I called Marshall Roberts Heat and Air. He came over once but I wasn't there but he came back about a week later. In the meantime we kept having to turn the unit on and off repeatedly. And the day he came back I was down in the garage and his helper was on the ladder and of course he was in the attic. Anyway to make a long story short asked me to turn the unit on and I did and it was pretty warm that day and about a week or two later so we didn't use the heat a whole lot in that time. About 2 weeks later it started getting really cold again. So we turn the heat unit on and I'll be damn if we didn't have the same problem! Not only that but a bigger problem. We didn't have the fuse blowing out again because he did something you don't never do! Which is replace a 3amp fuse on the circuit board with a 5amp fuse on the circuit board because you'll burn the circuit board up! So the reason why I'm leaving such a bad review is because I've been calling him for a week and a half now and so has my girlfriend. I was trying to get a hold of him to let him come back and fix his own screw up and give him the benefit of the doubt but now I guess that I can honestly say that if you call him he'll take your money and run because if he didn't fix it the first time he won't come back and do it right. That was just like taking $75.00 dollars out of your pocket and standing over the toilet dropping it in and flushing it right down.I use to install new heat and air units in new construction and then we had our service men do the trim outs and hook them up but even I know that you don't put a bigger fuse on the circuit board where it don't belong! That's like if a fuse blows out and you don't have another one you put a piece of aluminum foil from one side to the other and wait for it to burn your fuse box up or in this case your circuit board. Hello! Not only that but it looks like he might have a InActive License according to the Arkansas Health Department so beware!
