  2 Ductless air conditioners/heaters and a boiler

  Paul ,Mike ,Sean ,Doug and everyone else that came to my house to install the ductless air conditioning and new boiler were very professional and precise . I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys. Archie MacDonald

  We had to sue the owner, Doug Marshall, and won in court which he refuses to pay the judgment against him. He installed 2 generators in 2 homes which both failed inspection and he refused to fix either. He was unethical and unprofessional stating he was getting permits, had talked to the town/inspector and was scheduling both but when we called the township to see when inspections would be we found they never heard of him and there was no permits/no scheduled inspections. We had to incur double fines to obtain both permits as this has to be done before any work is started. He left a 93 year old with not so much as a light, a phone, a way to cook , etc. The concrete is crumbling around 1 of the generators and its only been 5 months. We unfortunately trusted him.

  heating system

  We recently bought a weekend home in Shohola and decided to upgrade the heating system. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone, I looked to on-line reviews for plumbing and heating in the Milford area. After reading many, I came across Marshall and son and was quite impressed at the many positive reviews, so I decided add them to my short list of eligible bidders for the work. Doug came to the house and gave it a good looking over, took some measurements and discussed an economical solution using a heat pump which would also provide central air for the summer. He explained the 96% efficiency rating and recommended a hybrid system using both the heat pump and propane. What really impressed me was the sent me 4 proposals ranging from the basic economic level to the grandest with all the bells and whistles , and two others with price points in between. Of course I wanted the best for the least and we were able to negotiate items required and those not so and came to an extremely reasonable agreement. With a cold week coming, he moved me to an open slot right away and the system was installed cleanly, quickly and with impressive craftsmanship when dealing with the inside, visible cosmetics of the job. When finished he took an extensive amount of time explaining the system, how it works and how to get the best value from it. And as if this was not enough, he went out of his way to secure me new propane tanks, waiving the install fee and finding me an excellent rate on the fuel. Coming from the city I am not used to tradesmen going above and beyond. What I am used to is a constant grind of aggravation, splitting hairs and having drops of blood squeezed from every nuance of a job. Dealing with Marshall and Son and Doug was more than a professional pleasure, it was a throw-back in time to when a man’s work spoke of his integrity and his word was his bond. I can’t give a higher or better recommendation. Excellent job well done.

  Three weeks ago we a pleasant gentleman met with us regarding installing a heat pump in our house.He told us he would contact us with the estimate within the week possibly that night.We have heard nothing from him.The least we expected was common courtesy of keeping his word.Quite disappointing.
