Referred by home warranty company. The individual claimed duct work was not covered. Said he didn't have parts and even if he did he wouldn't enter the attic at this time of year anyway. Went out to service freon and returned saying "The unit shut off on me. I should have turned the thermostat down before I went out there." Very unhappy. Will not use again.
