Joe, first of all thank you! My family and I are very thankful we found you. I am sure we will talk again in the near future.
Martelle Builders are very professional, responsible, but most of all AMAZING at what they do. I have built a few houses and I have had my share of terrible contractors but Martelle Builders by far exceeded all expectations. There are contractors that will just go into a job and just do it, and then there is Martelle Builders, who treats his job as these houses were of his own. It is more than just the money for these guys.
Oh, and did I mention they framed my new construction mid-winter??
Hire MB... I am very glad I did.

This contractor cut a hole the roof in my brand new home. He then left for over a month and never returned. I still have a hole in my roof! He cut the hand rail on my second story deck to short. It came out of the end cap and my wife nearly fell to her death when she leaned on it.. Thank god I grabbed her hand. He never apologized, never fixed both problems. he started 09/2017 and he still never returned 11/2018. Blames everyone for his mistakes! still have hole in roof with inches of rain in the last month.

Deck or Porch Remodel
Joe was upfront and honest at every step during the process of building our 20x12 deck. I had four other contractors out for quotes and Joe was the only one willing to work with me to get the deck done the way I wanted it done. Even when the weather caused minor problems, Joe was patient and kept within budget. He was there on time and his crew ready to go. Refreshing after having played the contractor game a few times with bad results.
