I got a quote for siding (small job) and they under bid it and now are asking for $3,500 more than the bid. This is bad business practice. I am now looking for more quotes due to this and very upset with this company and the very slopping bidding process. This is like bate and switch to me. I was very clear I wanted Cedar siding and now they claim they didn't know that. I even showed the man who took the bid the siding which was clearly cedar.
