It was horrifying. I was lied to about when it could be done by. I contacted him in September 2018. He said it could be done by the end of the year. I WAITED for him to call. After my calling him sevesral times, he said that the windows would be delivered in November and promised he would get them in by the end of the year. I didn't hear from him until February of 2019. He left a message telling me that he would be out the next day to install them. I had given up on him because of lack of contact (and I wanted them last year for tax purposes). He had special ordered them for my windows, so he sent an underling to pressure me into having him (the underling) install them. My son who I haven't seen in years was visiting for a short while and I did not want to innterupt that with construction. That was a huge part of why I started last summer with this project. I was told it was an easy job and they'd have it done by that weekend. It went on for over a month. People showed up without calling and DIDN'T show up when they were supposed to and I was waiting. Major inconveinience. Totally unprofessional. Made a huge mess in my living room, left nails all over my yard (even after I told them that I was concerned for my dogs). They got spackle on the floor, hardware, and furniture. I heard the workers saying that Keith had missmeasured the windows. After watching them jimmy those things around, I'm not sure which reason why ( was told by M and M Construction that it could have happened while being stored so long), but both by new dual pane windows have condensation problems). Between the lying, the unprofessionalism, the defective windows, the massive inconvenience, I would STRONGLY recommend staying clear of Keith Martin Construction. They'll tell you what you want to hear, then do what is best for them. I was given a lowball price because they didn't want to get stuck with my (missmeasured) custom windows. Suckered me in. Worst part about me being a sucker is that I paid them in full before they finished. Guess what? They never came back. The day he was supposed to come finish at 4:00, he never showed. I of course called him and he said, "did I say that? Then I'll be over soon." Never saw him again. Won't return my calls. I am now spackling and caulking my own windows. I apparently have a warranty that I could possibly use to replace them, but the company never sent me the receipt for the purchase. TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Two thumbs down for Keith.

Poor: does not return calls, does not give estimates on paper, when he meets with you he constantly gets phone calls which he states is his wife, he loses your house keys, when ordering materials he gets other types than what was originally picked out and a two week job stretches out to four to six months.

My experiance with this contractror was the opposite. Nothing but total respect for me and my home, I got an estimate within two weeks of calling, his employee was punctual, respectful and thorough and did a great job and cleaned up the mess when done. They were there when the said they'd be there. I have nothign but good to say about this company
