Run away from this contractor. He lies all the time. He adjusts the price daily. He tells you his personal problems and begs for help. He pretends to have memory problems, does not recall any prior conversation. Ask for money constantly, at one time , he asked me to pay his employees directly because he didnt have any money. He has a tendency to leave work unfinished after he has gotten most of the payment from you. I BELIEVE YOU ARE MAKING A BIG MISTAKE BY HIRING HIM, AND IF YOU DO, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND DO NOT PAY UNTIL THE WORK IS DONE. Besides being unlicensed, this man is a pathological liar, with no sense of ethic or morals. He is a sociopath disguised as a "nice man". He needs to be reported to the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs.
