    Room addition

    Not an honorable company. Did not finish our project, and did not refund deposits/draws. Rarely could count on what they
    promised. Workmanship was substandard. Did not show up when they promised. Not skilled crew. Don't hire. There are indicators they are in financial trouble.

    Our experience with Martin Property Enhancement was very poor. A three week job took three months and they could not finish the job without us paying their workers early. Once “completed” tiles had fallen from columns and the concrete slab we paid for had gaps between the ground and began to crack within a month of being set. We do not recommend them as a contractor.
