Martin Sandino was referred to me by Build Zoom in mid 2021. Mr. Sandino was able to take my concept and ideas and transform them into a complete set of architectural drawings and successfully navigate the complexities of Maricopa County planning and zoning for permit approval. My project included a 950sf addition encompassing a new en suite spa, master bedroom and his & her walk in closet. This job also included tear out and relocation of the existing bathrooms as well as other modifications to the existing home. All of this was accomplished during the height of the pandemic via online meetings, texts, emails and telephone calls. Other than an initial visit by his associate in his Phoenix Metro office, I have never met person to person with Mr Sandino. A frequent comment from the bidding contractors is they have never seen a set of design/prints as detailed on a residential project. Mr Sandino always replied promptly to my questions with detailed explanations and suggestions for improvement or alternatives when I was unsure and needing guidance. I would not consider undertaking any future project without the services of Mr Sandino. I could not recommend him more highly.
