Richard P. Martin is a scam artist! He took a check from us to do a job, cashed it, and never showed up to do the work. Arrested 11/2/14 for assault and on 11/3/14 for violating conditions of release. See Portland Police Beat: Nov.12, 2014 The Forecaster. Beware he is a thief!

We wouldn't have come across Richard had our real estate agent not mentioned that she thought the world of him. In four years, he's fielded all of our sudden gas issues without complaint.
