By Janice L.July 29, 2021Overlay, Stain and Seal my Patio$1,350
Eric came to my house and gave me a quote that was reasonable. We agreed on a starting date. He emailed a contract that wasn't signed by him and I had to request his signature. He stated that he would be at my house for the payment after the work was completed.
He never showed and I paid the workers part cash and a check.
That evening I noticed that the sides of my patio needed to be filled in and stained more. The workers used and set their heavy equipment on my water hose and punctured it. I texted pictures and my concerns to Eric and he originally said he would send someone back out but couldn't tell me when. He later texted me with comments that he didn't see anything wrong and that I needed to have a video of my hose being damage. I then decided to stop payment on the check I wrote. One of the workers did come back and added more stain to the sides of the concrete on my patio. Which clearly indicated that my concerns were valid.
NEVER AGAIN..... -

I would not recommend them and here is the reason –
Got some work done on patio extension in May end of 2020 and initially guy (Eric) seems professional and knowledgeable. Guys came in to do the work on time and I was pleased. After they finished the work, it took me few day to realize (That’s my only mistake) that Patio extension is too much sloped. It is so badly sloped that when you sit on patio furniture you can feel it. I spoke to Eric and told about the issue and he promised that they will fix it before we start decorating. On the day when his team came to decorate at 5:45 AM on Jun 9 2020, I asked them that first leveling needs to happen before you decorate and they said they can only to decoration. I have called and texted all day yesterday and my phone has blocked and no response. I have paid them 2 grand on patio extension which is all waste now and need to call some other company to get it fix. They are so unprofessional and fraud that they are not even taking responsibility of their own work. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Our Driveway has been failing from day one… Now only 2 years old… This is the kind of quality Jimmy Morrow / Arcadian Homes and Martinez Concrete passes along to his customers with a smile. In our case, Jimmy will be replacing the driveway before this is over… See More here: http://macsterguy.com/arcadian-homes/my-arcadian-homes-review/index.html

He blocked my gutters and sprinklers, Now my foundation has more moisture which buckled my living hall wood floor, concrete cracked at some places, finish was not good and some one came came to refinish which left patches on those areas. Agreed for over lay in initial agreement. He agreed to work per sqft 2 days before starting work and cane early to start work but charged 2o% more than initial conversation. Very unprofessional, never work with any contractors without hood referral
