Martinez mechanical was dispatched to our home via urgent because our daughter is blind and has a severe epilepsy syndrome. His tech was professional, late but professional. However, a week later he still cannot return phone calls or send his report to our home warranty. He is extremely unprofessional as he forwards a of our calls. He does not do his job and is not recommended at all. Here we are a week later and still no diagnosis to our home warranty for a new ac, and a daughter that is suffering through these hot afternoons and summer isnt even here yet.

Martinez Mechanical saved the day. A few days prior to having them come out, we were told that our AC was broken and needed to be replace. Martinez techs came to the rescue and fixed it.

The use of Martinez started on June 4th 2017 and ended on June 30th. They came out 4 times in the Month and each time the air got worse. They installed an old fan blade on trip 3 and it flew off causing damage to my unit. They came back, trip 4, and installed a new blade, but did nothing about the tore up insides of my unit. Now they text me saying, call American Home Shield. Use at your own risk!!
