Do not work with Nick Martin, he took on a job for me, was paid half upfront and then demanded more funds to cover the permits which he didn't pay for. He delayed, gave every excuse imaginable, asked another company to do the job for him with a promise to pay them with the funds I paid him already. He disappeared after that with the money, never paid me back or the company who did the work. He's an absolutely awful person and I hope the police report I filed leads to charges.
