Brett from this company came to our home. I called him to give us an estimate for replacing a chimney or tearing it down and venting with just a pipe from a wood stove. Came out and told me the job was no problem and was within their skill set. Told me he does big chimney jobs all the time. He spent some time talking to my father and I. Said he would get back to me in a week or two with an estimate. Never called , text or emailed me back. I followed up with additional phone calls. No reply. Finally reached him.
His response was then that he thought the job "was too scary". My experience with guys like Brett is that when they act unprofessional like this to you, and waste your time - your experience is not unique.
