Nightmare contractor and thief who starts out like they all do- friendly and charismatic, eager to please, pretending that they care what you want for your home. Before you know it, the emotional and verbal abuse begins if you try to give input into a job you are paying them to do. Similar to most psychologically damaged members of the breed of contractors, emotions start to run high, everything you say is an insult and overnight they think you are at their beck and call, one of their "workers." Somehow, you owe them something. This particular contractor walked out of my job 4 times- even stating that Evil spirits Prevented his completion. I'm 7 months into a job with this contractor, that was supposed to be completed four to five months ago and more than $60,000 paid . The damage he has caused far exceeds this value. I am discovering how absolutely incompetent he is, together with his workers, none of which are licensed or educated in the trade that they enter your home to complete. They closed up walls without pressuring the water system, my plumbing pipes are all angled causing waste to accumulate in different areas, it appears that he has caused severe damage to a very expensive heating system by bringing in unlicensed and unprofessional persons...he is a fake and luckily I Did not complete all of the payments he was demanding and harassing me for. However, he should not have a license in any county, he does not supervise his jobs and is not financially responsible when balancing the accounting of costs and profit--- he is constantly running out of money!
