Maruti was doing the fencing for my next door neighbors. When they came to do my neighbor's house, the one in charge of the job came over to give an estimate for my house. He wrote it on a regular lined piece of paper. My neighbor told me that was how her quote was received too. She said they asked for cash and half the payment up front. We were agreeable on the quote, but we didn't hear from them again. My wife and I called several times. A few weeks later, I looked online for other phone numbers. I found two numbers for Maruti, one of which I had been calling. I called the second number and A woman answered. She passed the phone over to the owner, Ketan. He said he wasn't sure about the quote and said he would come out and look at the property. He never came out and once again never answers the phone, or returns messages from either phone number. I also noticed they have a BBB rating of "F." I should be glad he never called back I guess, but how does he stay in business?
