This was the worst builder I have ever encountered. Oh home is five years old. Needs a new foundation, light switches that are not hooked up. All bathrooms have had plumbing problems, never finished walk through work. These are crooks, take your money and run.

Do not buy a home from these rip off artists. These people built us a home that has had the following issues in the past 4 years since we bought it “new”:
-All appliances have failed and appear to be refurbished with no warranty. We have replaced nearly everything they claimed to have installed as new.
-Multiple electric problems that were never addressed despite multiple requests within the first 6 months
-A sprinkler system that never worked properly and currently does not work and the pipes are coming through our grass.
-A lawn that is uneven and improperly laid out.
-FOUNDATION ISSUES.
-They never responded to several requests like a chipped bathtub and a pair of cabinets that don’t close.
Please do not do business with these unethical people. They not only have no idea what they are doing, but are only out for themselves and don’t compensate the contractors they hire. I am sure we would have been taken care of better had our contractors been paid on time and in a fair way.
