Marvin Sprowl came to my home and gave me a very good estimate for the work I needed done. We set a time and date for him to come over. 30 minutes before he was supposed to be at my house he called me to let me know he couldn't make it. We set a time and date a week later. On the 2nd date he was supposed to do the work he showed up and immediately told me he needed 50% more money to do the work. He wouldn't consider doing it for the amount we agreed upon initially. So, he left, storming out of my house, cursing. I know he planned this whole event just that way . If I could give him 1/2 star I think it would still be too high.
