I completely agree with the above reviewer. Absolutely DO NOT USE. He is unreliable and does shoddy work. NEVER returns phone calls and has one excuse after another why he didn't show up. He never came back to fix the mess up he made of my backyard after repeated calls and messages. I would give NEGATIVE ratings if I could. But I have to give a rating so 1 it is.

I contracted with "Marvin Sklar, Inc" to replace about 40' of sidewalk and part of a driveway. I watched them pour the cement and begin to smooth it out. Then I made a big mistake: I left for work. When I returned that evening, the finished sidewalk was unedged and uneven, and they didn't clean up after themselves - they left blobs of wet cement all over the area. It is the worst looking sidewalk that I have ever seen. Do not hire them!
