Patrick Martin is an unethical contractor. Scammed over $100k by demanding funds for material he never purchased and provided work that had to be completely redone by a new contractor. This guy talks a big game but delivers very little. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL CONTRACTOR.

Marwood Construction has indeed done an amazing job. The bathroom looks incredibly beautiful, has lots of space, ample storage options and everything looks well organized. The workmanship in the bathroom looks great. Good work...

We enjoyed working with these guys. Polite, knowledgably and they did everything they said they would do. They worked clean and actually avoided disrupting our life during the construction process.

I learned about Marwood Construction from a friend that had spoke with them from buildzoom on a project but decided not to build his project. He was really impressed with the effort they put forth to earn his work.

I contacted them and several other GC's for a master bathroom remodeling job that required some major work. We moved the shower and the toilet which lead to replacing the flooring, adding cabinets, and replacing the window with glass block. They provided the plans and helped us select the products that we used.

The entire remodeling project took 7 weeks and went without any problems. Their work area was clean and the tradesmen courteous. Marwood Construction did a great job and I would use them again.

We wanted our vintage Memorial home to be remodeled in the mid-century modern style of the existing architecture. Since it is a job requiring special design build expertise, we approached Marwood Construction on the basis of recommendations provided by one of our close family friends. We owe a lot to Patrick and his team who conducted the project as if he was remodeling his own home. The end results were outstanding. They provided a systematic process of developing a budget and designing to the priorities of the budget. They were financial accountable to us and provided excellent advice throughout the entire process. Their work was great and it was a pleasant experience for remodeling project.

We hired Marwood Construction to remodel our storm damaged home. To say we were apprehensive about this project would be a huge understatement. Mr. Martin was there to answer all our questions and provide us step by step direction for the renovation. We never felt like he was selling us anything. He asked a great deal of questions and offered his opinions when he felt we were moving away from our design goals and budget. He made this entire experience pleasant. His team managed the whole affair with no real disputes or incidents. It was a pleasure working with a professional company.

They took care of collecting the ordered materials and temporarily stored products and materials as they arrived. They systematically worked from one room to the next in machine like fashion. They were courteous and showed our family and home respect during the entire project. They adjusted their work schedules according to our daily routine. We really felt like everyone cared about doing a good job and took pride in their work.

Thanks Patrick for building such an amazing kitchen! What is more note worthy is the way Marwood Construction facilitated our design plan among a variety of kitchen remodeling ideas. They found additional space to enlarge the area that made a huge difference in the finish kitchens appearance. We have not heard of a general contractor investing such a huge effort to build an innovative kitchen.

The process and finished product did not disappoint us. They carefully sealed off the work area to keep dust from spreading everywhere and clean the area after the day's activities. The kitchen looks fantastic. We feel blessed that this project went so well. Thank you Marwood.

Finding the right builder for a luxury home is a lot of work and a difficult process. In total we interviewed 4 custom home builders and received 5 bids. It took more than 2 months to complete the process.

Our friends suggested that we speak with Marwood Construction, we were skeptical. We decided to do some research all by ourselves. We visited some of their ongoing projects and spent a good deal of time getting to know each other. I was especially stuck on how open and sharing Patrick was. After a very short time, I felt like we had known each other for years. Patrick was immensely helpful in getting me organized and always being prepared for meetings.

After we saw the outstanding results by our own eyes, we got the actual proof. It removed all our doubts and made us comfortable in doing business with Marwood Construction. In hindsight, this was our first custom home building experience and I did not realize how emotional and personal this experience actually would be. Our experience with Marwood Construction was one of the best home improvement projects I have experienced. They were knowledgeable and helpful in planning and preparing for our major remodeling. They were very good about keeping our project tracking forward during the design and listened to our direction and feedback throughout the entire process. I was especially impressed by how the allowances reflected the products we wanted. I was surprised by the fact that there were very few change orders. My prior experience with major remodeling project caused us to run over our budges by large amounts. The planning and preparing process took a bit longer to get the project started due to their requirement of having all selections made and long lead time items ordered, but it was well worth the wait. The project went so well it made it look easy, which it was not. Our home was a complicated redesign change involving multiple walls being removed including several load bearing walls. We experienced very few surprised and Marwood was fantastic at each step of the way. The workmanship is outstanding and our new home is beautiful. Everyone that comes to our home comments on how gorgeous our home is. I am so proud of our home and thankful to the design and construction team at Marwood.
