I discovered, the last week of June 2019, that my air conditioner was malfunctioning. I had purchased the unit and had a maintenance agreement with Mary's Air. I called immediately. No one answered the phone so I left numerous messages. She finally called me on July 8 and told me that she could not start work until I sent her a sizable check. Since I was out of town I felt I had no choice. She cashed the check on July 9. The work was not started until July 15. The unit was running by the last week of July but she had not completed everything that was supposed to be done. Since then, I have left messages every few days asking her to contact me. She has not responded. Yesterday, August 26, a neighbor called me to tell me that the unit was not working again. The thermostat was set at 80 degrees and it was 87 degrees in my house. Since she will not answer my calls, I had to call another company. BEWARE!!!!!
