We had a pipe break in a bedroom and water poured in from the ceiling. The plumber recommended Marz Restoration. Miguel and Jesus showed up right away at our home. The first thing they did was place plastic covering over the floor from the entrance to the bedroom. (It was flat, tight, easily able to walk upon not obtrusive.) I really appreciated this because I knew they would be walking in and out with their boots on carrying wet flooring, drywall, whatever.. My GOOD flooring would be protected. They worked hard and professionally and got the room back to order quickly. They showed up when they said they would. Used text to communicate. AND they used the software that my insurance company used so that their estimates and forms were quickly approve and paid out.
It’s unnerving to walk into a room and see water pouring out of the ceiling and then, later, the holes in the walls; the disarray. Miguel calmed everything down and Marz Restoration was true to its name.
