    ****** Do not give this company your money*****
    Entered into FHA 203k Loan for home construction with owner of MAS Construction Design & Consulting, on this new rehab project 50%($6,500) of funds were distributed to owner Maurice Smith along with a contract to began work within 30 days after cleared funding. The owner Maurice Smith deposited the funds and completed 0% of the rehab. This company stole the funds leaving all repairs to be completed by the home owner in order to occupy the home. MAS Construction Design & Consulting used stall tactics such as I am on vacation, work will began once my workers return, unanswered phone calls, voice or text massages with no follow up to emails along with missed appointments which carried on for 6 months while owner Maurice Smith steadily contacted the mortgage company stating all repairs where being completed as scheduled. Once MAS Construction Design & Consulting was exposed as to having completed no work on the home by a HUD inspector, funds were requested to be returned for 0% completion. Maurice Smith the owner of MAS Construction Design & Consulting has yet to respond and return the funds, leaving the home owner to pursue in a legal battle to re-cooperate paid funding. Once again I state do not give this company your money, the owner is unprofessional with poor communication skills and lacks honesty and morals, how can you walk away with someone else money and render no services.
