MASAMI BUILDERS AND ARCHITECTS

This my second time I used Masami builders. Last year I had them build me an adu in my backyardFor my father in law. They did such an amazing job. I wanted them to fix my house. They rocked it! In 3 months they were able to flip my house. My house looks so beautiful I couldn’t be more thankful for the wonderful job they did!

Look forward to working with Masami Builders in the future. They have some of the best workers in the industry doing framing and stucco work. They were very professional and respectful when moving our belongings while working inside our home. The matching of the new stucco with the existing stucco for the remodel came out perfect! A+ to David and his workers.

MASAMI Builders did a Great Job in Adding 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathrooms in my Current Home. David Sanchez was very Professional and took care of all the City Permits and Phases of the work. His CO Workers where very Professional in keeping the Area Clean and Took care of all Waste and Cleaned. Have also a Newborn Baby and Not once did they wake her up. They weren't Loud and Took care of their Business. They finished the project in a Timely Manner and also where Reasonable. I would Highly Recommend Masamu Builders. A+ ?? also will reacquire them again for future Home Improvements for Mysela Family and Friends.

I hired Masami Builders ,to legalize a bachelor aparment, 386 square feet construction that was umpermited in east los angeles (la county)
I met Mr David Sanchez owner of (Masami Builders) @ the la county public works deparment ,and I was so stress because we could not find the right construction company to help us,fortunately Masami aggred to help us,we sign a contract ,and his company with the experience and knowledge he possess,sudmitted plans to la county and within 3 months he had finalize the project and got the final inspection on the property .
Honestly we are so grateful that David and his company finish with this outgoing problem I had for more than 4 years.

Masami Builders was great to work with. David provided me with the best walkthrough of proposed work I experienced from all the contractors I reached out to. He new what he was talking about, and even spotted areas of improvement and explained to me why they were important. Second time I have used Masami and second time I have been very satisfied. First time involved a project that kept growing in scope over time, from a cracked floor to a leaky pipe to a complete kitchen redo. They did the work well and left the job site looking great.

More recently, I had them replace a very old screen door that my wife couldn't even open. We were planning a baby shower party and needed the door installed ASAP. Lowes couldn't help because it was a custom door and would have taken too long to order, but Masami found a way. They got the job done on time and on budget.

did a complete remodel of interior and exterior about 5 years ago. My son, an architect/structural engineer, reviewed several contractors & chose Masami. Was very pleased with the work and had many compliments on the interior. Price was reasonable and was very pleased with the owner, workers who did a great job. Project completed on time. I needed a damaged plaster wall fixed in my bathroom and Masami Builders sent Edgar for an estimate the next day and work was completed the following day to perfection. They checked for leaks, installed a new drywall and painted the area. It looks like I have a new bathroom. Thank you Edgar and Mario.

Porch Remodel. David was able to advise us how to modify our existing plans to get an overall better result. We have received many compliments to the finished job. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good professional contractor.

Beware as they will quote large amounts on aspects of the work and not be able to tell you how they came to that number in their estimate. When you ask them to explain they won't as it's padded for profit. Do your homework and compare bids with other contractors.

Also when you get close to choosing them they will add on "forgotten" items that were not in their original bid. My project was originally quoted and increased $25K because key items like Windows were allegedly not part of the bid.

Masami builders finish the job on time and very professionally. They have the best experience workers out there!

Masami Builders just completed a new bedroom and bathroom addition to our home and we are very happy with the outcome. The construction team was very respectful of our living space while doing the work and they were often able to come and go without disturbing our family at all. Some contractors have very specific ideas about what they want and recommend, but David was always willing to listen to our preferences and complete things to our satisfaction. There were some issues that came up during the process, but David made things right. And Teddy, who handled the billing, was always so wonderful and pleasant to deal with!

Masami Builders did an excellent work in replacing with stucco walls and installing new windows. They return calls promptly.

We have had the extreme pleasure of contracting Masami Builders now for 3 projects. Our so outed bathroom was totally redone and was absolutely beautiful and so functional. Our latest project was put in AC unit which saved our lives from this terrible heat.

I had Masami Builder built a 278 SF addition for me. The price is very reasonable and the outcome is satisfactory. The crew was there everyday and the project completed on time. The contractor was very patient with me as I needed to make several changes during the addition. There were a couple of minor issues during the course but David the contractor made it right. Overall I would recommend this company.

Masami has a network of architect and workers to convert my partial flat roof to a sloped roof and redo my entire tar bur roof to a conventional shingle roof. This includes replacing my water damaged fascia and added reflective plywood to the roof to enhanced cooling. Price is right and work was completed to my satisfaction
