Absolutely irresponsible with time management, money and client relationship. He has a tendency to disappear, not return phone calls or provide straightforward records of events, facts, next steps, or bills. On top of that, he and his guys are unskilled and the work performed is sloppy and therefore needs to be redone. Our project was neglected and unreasonably delayed without explanation yet he demanded more money in order to finish even though records show we overpaid him. He left our house a mess, and unfinished too. Complaints and claims have been filed against him. Stay away from this contractor.

I would not recommend this contractor. To many things wrong and mismanaged. This contractor eventually had to come back to my house after I filed complaints regarding his work to the CSLB. Much of the work wasn't at code or posed safety hazards.

I was hesitant at first to leave a reveiw as I thought I had a one-off bad experience. I would absolutely not recommend this contractor or his laborers to anybody. Our project went months over and about $20,000 over budget. At first the experience was great . Then myself and my husband were treated disrespectfully anytime we question anything regarding time or budget . To this day we are still fixing all of the sloppy work.
