Todd Mason was extremely meticulous and thorough in the remodel job he did on my duplex. He redid the hardwood floors, gutted and remodeled the bathrooms, did the same for the washroom, repaired some floors, repaired some windows and made sure everything was up to code to pass inspection before I put it on the market to sell. Mind you this is a house that is 100 years old and is a Craftsman. Because of his great work I had a bidding war on my house and was able to sale it after being on the market for less than a month.
