    The crew was amazing and the auditor geoff was very sincere, kind, and transparent. I recommend this company highly.

    I scheduled a appointment to have a in home energy assessment. The day before I got a automated email and text saying that the worker will be at my house for 8am the next day. 8:30 the next day no one has shown up. I go on the website, where it says that they are no longer doing in home assessments but they were doing virtual assessments. I called the office and left a voice mail. Adam called me back telling me that there is nothing they can do. That I should of been notified but never was. He kept saying that there was nothing he could do with an attitude. I had to take a day off from work.

As Adam tried to explain over the phone, you are outside our service area, which is why we could not perform an assessment. We thought we had already contacted you to inform you that we could not perform an appointment for you. This was apparently not the case - I apologize. We strive to provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service in every aspect of our business and it pains me when we do not reach that standard. I hope you can understand that our operations have been severely disrupted by COVID-19 and we are doing our best to adjust to the current situation. I hope that this missed appointment does not deter your commitment to pursuing energy efficiency improvements in your home through the Mass Save program and encourage you to reach out to a Mass Save contractor who covers your area.
