So disappointed in Mike Massey. I have used him for several things in the past two years, i.e. replace garbage disposal, hot water heater etc. Today, I called about the garbage disposal Mike had installed Feb. 2022. The technician spent exactly three minutes here and he was only five minutes away from my house. He asked Mike to reduce the service charge from $149 to $85 since he only had to press the reset switch. Mike said "NO" and charged me the full price regardless of time spent and past customer history. I hope I never have to call him again.
