We recently wrapped up a full interior remodel of our home, including a complete kitchen renovation, and we’re so glad we chose to work with James and his team.
From the start, James made the process feel approachable and well-organized. One of the things that really stood out was the in-house design support. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but the design team helped bring it all together—offering great suggestions while still keeping our personal style front and center. They made big decisions (like layouts, materials, finishes) way less overwhelming.
The quality of the work is top-notch. You can tell James cares about doing things the right way. Everything from the cabinetry and flooring to the lighting and trim feels solid, clean, and really well done. The kitchen especially turned out better than we ever imagined—it's now our favorite space in the house.
As for project management, things moved along smoothly. James kept everything on track and made sure we knew what was happening at each step. He was super responsive anytime we had questions or needed to talk through changes, which we really appreciated.
Communication throughout the project was great. James is easy to talk to, honest, and really good at explaining things in a straightforward way. We always felt like we were in the loop and that any concerns were taken seriously.
All in all, we had a great experience working with James. He’s reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about the work he does. We'd absolutely recommend him to anyone planning a home or kitchen remodel.
