Michael David did nothing but lie and take my money. He started work and then left never completing it, and now I am stuck with a house torn apart, he ran off with my cash damaged the home more than it was with no resolution. To top it off he kept hitting on me wanting to take me to dinner. You might think he would have completed the work! IF HE CONTACTS YOU -RUN, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND PUT YOUR MONEY IN FOR KNOX AROUND HIM!!!!

Never hire this contractor, Michael gave big promises but never committed. He is more like a scammer.

Dont make a mistake of your life hiring Michael, smooth talker, hired people to work on the kob that doesnt respect your property or project. He comes with alot of lies and promises, doesnt follow through on the responsibilities. Doesnt clean out trash when done, no licenses in Philadelphia but continues to work, dont believe in the lies. I will be bringing Michael to court, i wasted so much time and money, learn from my mistake and stay away from this guy.

Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Massive Dynamic aka Michael David as possible. I hired him to remodel my third floor and after two weeks (only showed up 3 times) I fired him. After countless lies, poor work (couldn’t follow the blueprint), treating my house like a commercial site, and fumbling over the job, I had seen enough. He seemed relieved when I told him he was off the site. He admitted his guys couldn’t think and they just rubber stamp their work. Unfortunately, this has cost me time and money. Fortunately, he will have his day in court as I am filing a lawsuit for damages.

They remodeled our kitchen, they cut the backyard walls and added 400 square feet to our kitchen, for total of 650 square feet. They also added windows and French door. The kitchen looks very beautiful now, large and bright. All that for under 15 thousands. I would recommend them to anyone that thinking about kitchen remodeling. They have great ideas and they do excellent work.
